Why it matters

You bought the house for the way it looks. Half the day, nobody sees it.

From October to March, most of the hours you're home are dark ones. Lighting is the only improvement that gives those hours back — and the only one your neighbors notice from the street.

  • Your investment, visible. The stonework, the trees, the roofline you paid for — lit deliberately instead of flooded.
  • Safe footing, quietly handled. Steps, grade changes and entries lit without a single glare bomb in anyone's eyes.
  • The yard, extended. Patios and fire pits that stay usable long after dinner.
  • Built to last. Solid brass and copper fixtures, buried runs, and a system we service for as long as you own it.

Client testimonials

Why Denver homeowners trust Lighthouse.

★★★★★

"We've now used Lighthouse on three different properties, and every single experience has been outstanding. What really sets them apart is the attention to detail and the personalized experience. From the initial design all the way through installation, everything is thoughtfully planned and executed."

Tim V.Denver, CO
★★★★★

"I inquired with four companies that purported to do outdoor lighting. Lighthouse was the ONLY one that responded. Everyone was professional and personable from Nick to Skylar — he suggested improvements, cleaned and polished fixtures, and reduced the bill by over $200 when the work took less time than estimated."

Sheila & Rick Y.Lone Tree, CO
★★★★★

"We had a very dark property with zero exterior appeal. Now our home is the envy of the neighborhood. As we meet our new neighbors, the first thing they say is — 'Wow! Your outdoor lighting is fantastic!' Call Lighthouse if you are looking for the best."

Steve H.Castle Rock, CO

Our process

From consultation to showpiece.

Step 1

Design consultation

We walk the property with you in daylight, listen to how you actually use it, and tell you honestly what will and won't work. Free, and no pressure.

Step 2

Custom lighting design

You get a drawn plan with fixture placements and a clear price — not a guess. Photorealistic night renderings are available for a design fee if you want to see it first.

Step 3

Expert installation

Our own crew, typically one to three days. Wiring buried and hidden, beds left as we found them, fixtures set with intent.

Step 4

Night reveal & aiming

We meet you after dark, aim every fixture with you standing there, and adjust until it's right. Then we maintain it for as long as it's yours.

Common questions

Everything you'd want to know first.

How much does professional landscape lighting cost?

It depends on the property — the size, how much of it you want lit, and the fixture grade you choose. Rather than quote a range that means nothing for your home, we walk it, design it, and give you an exact price at no cost. Many clients start with the front of the home and expand to the back and gardens in a second phase. Financing is available.

How long does installation take?

Most residential systems are installed in one to three days. Wire is buried, transformers are mounted cleanly, and your beds and turf are left the way we found them.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes. Annual maintenance covers re-aiming after seasonal growth, cleaning lenses, checking connections and transformer loads, and catching small failures before they're visible from the street. Warranty support is handled by the same crew that installed the system.

What makes Lighthouse different from other lighting companies?

Design first. Every plan is drawn for the specific house — no fixture packages, no "ten uplights and call it done." We install solid brass and copper fixtures, we're Colorado's exclusive Nightscaping bollard dealer, and our work has been published in Masters of Landscape Lighting and Landscape Architecture Magazine.

Will outdoor lighting increase my electric bill?

Barely. Modern LED systems draw a fraction of what halogen did — a typical whole-property system costs a few dollars a month to run, and an astronomical timer turns it on at dusk and off when you're asleep.

What areas do you serve?

The Denver metro and the Front Range: Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock and Castle Pines, Aurora, Golden, Evergreen — and mountain properties by arrangement.
